Minecraft Pocket Edition has now been updated, they say its the  overhaul of a generation.

There are Infinite worlds! caves! loads of new blocks and items including monster eggs, huge mushroom blocks and loads of new flowers!  So we thought what a good time to jump on board and check out why everyone is talking about Minecraft.

Ellie's Little Opinion;  "It's a bit hard for me and what I want to do, it doesn't always happen. I've been trying to find tree's to hit and build houses but I am not having a lot of luck. It's not one of my favourite games but I will keep trying to build a city".

Alyssa's Little Opinion; "I love blowing things up! but I always get trapped". Alyssa's game always ends with her saying "Get me out of the black hole".

Mum's Big Opinion; It was explained to me as "Just dig holes and make houses and stuff, it's that SIMPLE MUM !!!!" ... So after 30 minutes of trying to build or explode nothing seemed to work for me. So Miss Alyssa takes my iPad and within 5 minutes she is building and blowing things up ??? Clearly I just don't get this game. I really need someone to tell me what's so great about this app ??? For me I am still trying to work it out.

Any expert tips are welcomed - this is just one game that has kept us a little puzzled for lack of words and frustrating. Even the famous punching a tree was hard.

Key Information
  • The app can be purchased from iTunes for $8.99
  • It is available on the iPhone & iPad and Android phones
