In Sesame Street Presents Elmo’s Super Fun Hero Show, Elmo and the Sesame Street gang are on a mission.
Super Sparkleheart, a cheerful caped visitor, takes the friends on a joyful musical journey to discover the mysterious inner super power that will make every one of them an everyday super hero. Cookie practises sharing, Elmo cheers up The Count, Abby Cadabby and Zoe bandage Big Bird's bumps and boo-boos while Super Grover thinks all super heroes should learn to fly!
This is a show for little people and their grown-ups to sing, dance and join in with while touching on the life-lessons of cooperation, sharing and tolerance that Sesame Street has brought to three generations for more than forty years.

Marley's Little Opinion: (aged-4 years): I was excited to see Sesame Street. I really liked seeing Elmo, he was my favourite and also Super Sparkle Heart was good but I haven't seen her before. I liked that all of them were superheroes and they couldn't fly because I can't fly. I liked dancing to the music too, it was fun.
Braxton's Little Opinion (aged 2 years): I like Elmo. I saw him, he was dancing. Cookie Monster had a big cookie and they were SUPERHEROES!!! (makes a superhero pose)
Mum's Big Opinion: We checked out the show at The Concourse Chatswood which is a small and intimate venue and easy to see the stage from anywhere. Marley (4yrs) was one of oldest kids there with an average age of 1-2.5yrs.
We all enjoyed the show which ran for an hour. It had a superhero theme where Super Sparkle Heart (human cast member) helped the Sesame Street characters become superheroes and discover their super talent. It featured seven well-known, life size characters including Elmo, Cookie Monster, Big Bird and Grover with lots of singing and dancing.
The kids loved seeing the characters and the music though the kindness and feelings theme was somewhat lost on the younger audience.
