We have seen it grow and grow every year and get more amazing and more interactive.
Vivid Sydney is free and runs for 18 days. This year we went on the Sunday of the long weekend, I am pretty sure everyone else in Sydney was also there.
We checked out the lights around Circular Quay and The Rocks. This year the lights also extended to Darling Harbour, Pyrmont, Martin Place, Walsh Bay and Chatswood.
The Opera House was my favourite. I also liked the interactive boxes, when you touched them they turn a different colour.
I did not like that you had to stand in line to see most of the lights.
My legs did get a little sore and I told mum but she said to keep walking, I am too big to be carried now. I fell asleep in the car going home it was a fun night but I was so tired.
Due to the crowds we didn't get to interact with alot of the lights as the lines where too long and due to the amount of people I think we missed a few of them. However it was still nice to walk past and check them out. My favourite as usual was Custom House, it also gave us a chance to sit and rest those legs and watch the Enchanted show. Each year the grahics get better and better at Custom House.
I have heard great reviews from the Vivid cruises, we will pop that on our list next year and check the lights out by the water and give our legs a little rest.
