Alyssa's Little Opinion (aged 8yeard old) :

I loved looking at the Lego as it was really creative.

My favourite  Lego piece was the Koala , it was on a branch and looked like a real Koala.   I also liked the Opera House it   has  lots to check out inside it i spent a long time checking it out!

I also liked being able to build my own Lego  masterpiece.

I hope it returns next summer school holidays.

Picture
Ellie's Little Opinion (aged 11 years old):
My favourite Lego piece was the Opera House, i liked how it had secret parts and it was really big.

I liked how each piece came with a blurb and told you how long it took to build and how many pieces of Lego were used to build it.

I liked how you could build your own lego and  got us kids to interact and play with the lego. I really enjoyed making my lego piece and placing it on the Lego snake for everyone to see it.

Picture
Mum's Big Opinion: We thought it was amazing, interesting and it was cool. We could try and attempt to make them but it was more fun looking at the completed designs.

Our highlights were,   The Opera House,  The Rocket ship lighting up ,  the cute Koala and the massive plane.

Plus we really enjoyed the interactive part of the exhibition were you could build  our own LEGO pieces at different stations and also the opportunity  to put our own master piece    on the Lego snake wall.

This exhibition would be good for LEGO enthusiasts who enjoy building their own LEGO designs and learning about how many hours and what was involved in making the design.

It took us around an hour  to check out but you could easily spend more time there depending on how many creations you would like to build.

Picture
For the very first time in Australia, Peppa Pig has a brand new super-sized interactive experience called Peppa Pig Playdate.

Families are invited to journey into the world of Peppa Pig with her  friends when they visit  Peppa Pig Playdate  for a fun and unique interactive play experience.

There is so much to see and do throughout the world of  Peppa Pig Playdate. You can visit Peppa’s house, sail on the pond, jump in bouncy muddy puddles and have a special playdate with Peppa, all within this huge and interactive world.

Marley's (4yrs old) Little Opinion -
I liked going to see Peppa. My favourite part was jumping in the muddy puddles but the line was a bit long. I also liked riding on the bikes and seeing Peppa and Mummy Pig and Suzie Sheep. Oh and dancing when Peppa was dancing on the stage. It was really fun.

Braxton's (3yrs old) Little Opinion  -
I liked the train (Grandpa Pig's train) and jumping in muddy puddles. I jumped lots and fell over hahaha.
Picture
Zayden's  (6yrs old) Little Opinion -
I know Peppa Pig is for little kids but I had a fun time at Peppa's Playdate.
I liked riding the trikes that was supposed to be the pond, going in the maze and jumping in the muddy puddles.
I went around and saw everything that was there. In Peppa's house you had to sort the recycling.
I also like going on the train and we had our photo taken with lots of the characters. I had fun there.

Mum's Big Opinion -
We had a great time at Peppa's Playdate. It was VERY well organised in 2hr sessions with lots for the kids to do, from colouring in and playing musical instruments to sliding down dinosaurs, riding trikes and of course jumping in muddy puddles. (bouncing castle type puddles)

There were not as many kids/people as I expected and it never felt packed or over crowded. There was some waiting in queues (about 15-20mins each) for Grandpa's train ride and jumping in muddy puddles but that is to be expected at large events and it went fairly quickly.

I really liked how Mummy & Daddy Pig, George, Danny Dog and Suzie Sheep roamed around regularly and were available for photos. Photos with Peppa were time scheduled for small groups in a designated room (3 running at a time). A great day was had by all and we recommend it for all Peppa Pig fans.

Alyssa (7 years) "I loved sitting on the big Crashmat under the stars with my blanket watching the Trolls.  It was so much  fun  watching the movie outside and running around and doing cartwheels on  the grass before the movie started."

Ellie (10 years) says "I enjoyed watching Trolls outside under the stars and being able to get up freely and move around. My hotdog and chips were so yummy and it didn't even matter when I dropped a few chips on the ground I just picked them up.
There were lots of families and everyone seemed to be having  fun".
Mum's Big Opinion:
We spent the night under the stars watching Trolls on our Crashmats  with a burger from Wolf and Co and a glass of sparkling wine from the bar.
The kids could run around before the movie and could freely chat without the worry of making too much noise. It was a great family atmosphere and with 20 movies showing there will be something for everyone to enjoy!

Little Opinions Reviews the Latest from Sesame Street - Elmo's   Super Fun Hero Show

In Sesame Street Presents Elmo’s Super Fun Hero Show, Elmo and the Sesame Street gang are on a mission.

Super Sparkleheart, a cheerful caped visitor, takes the friends on a joyful musical journey to discover the mysterious inner super power that will make every one of them an everyday super hero. Cookie practises sharing, Elmo cheers up The Count, Abby Cadabby and Zoe bandage Big Bird's bumps and boo-boos while Super Grover thinks all super heroes should learn to fly!

This is a show for little people and their grown-ups to sing, dance and join in with while touching on the life-lessons of cooperation, sharing and tolerance that Sesame Street has brought to three generations for more than forty years.

Picture

Marley's Little Opinion: (aged-4 years): I was excited to see Sesame Street. I really liked seeing Elmo, he was my favourite and also Super Sparkle Heart was good but I haven't seen her before. I liked that all  of them were superheroes and they couldn't fly because I can't fly. I  liked dancing to the music too, it was fun.

Picture
Braxton's Little Opinion (aged 2 years):  I like Elmo. I saw him, he was dancing. Cookie Monster had a big cookie and they were SUPERHEROES!!! (makes a superhero pose)
Picture
Mum's  Big Opinion:  We checked out the show  at The Concourse Chatswood which is a  small and intimate venue and easy to see the stage from anywhere. Marley (4yrs) was one of oldest kids there with an average age of 1-2.5yrs.
We all enjoyed the show which ran for an hour. It had a superhero theme where Super Sparkle Heart (human cast member) helped the Sesame Street characters become superheroes and discover their super talent. It featured seven well-known, life size characters including Elmo, Cookie Monster, Big Bird and Grover with lots of singing and dancing.
The kids loved seeing the characters and the music though the kindness and feelings theme was somewhat lost on the younger audience.

Key Information:
-
Tickets start at $29
-
The show is now heading to Queensland, Canberra,  South Australia and Western Australia.

Gledswood Farm is located at 900 Camden Valley Way  Catherine Field NSW. The farm  has a family fun open day on the second Sunday of each month.

On arrival to the farm you will pay $5 per person at the front gate and you will then be directed to the  onsite parking.

Once inside the  farm, there is something for all ages to check out such as markets, stalls, Horse riding, Kids nursery petting Zoo, Whip cracking demonstrations, Dog working demonstrations, Sheep shearing and Boomerang throwing.

There are also several options at the farm for food you can eat in or take away. Another great option is to take  your own picnic lunch and blanket and sit on the many grassed areas.

Alyssa's  Little Opinion (aged 6 years):
I had so much fun at the farm, there was lots of room to run around.  I really liked feeding   the  Nursery  farm animals and holding the chicks and guinea  pigs.

I also got to ride a pony which was heaps of fun, the pony was beautiful, I even had to wear a helmet.
Ellie's Little Opinion (aged 10 years):
It was a great day out at the farm. I really  liked eating lunch with  my friends on the picnic rug . I had nuggets and chips and they were really yummy!

My favourite part of the day was definitely the horse riding. My horse was really big and I got to go around the oval twice.
Picture
Mum's  Big  Opinion:
This is a great place to take the family. The farm area was large and there was plenty of places for the kids to run around and play.
There are different activities throughout the day that you can check out and keep the little & big ones occupied.
There are lots of  different options to eat at or pop your picnic blanket down.
At the end of the day it was  great to be able to sit down on a blanket to try their different beers while the kids had the opportunity  to jump on the jumping castle, play  games or just run around on the farm being 'kids'.
Grab a group of friends and head out there, you will not be disappointed. If you do go on a hot day take note that there is not alot of shaded area so take the hats and sunscreen.
