The Lego exhibition is made entirely from LEGO® bricks, it showcases the tallest LEGO® model in the Southern Hemisphere – a NASA SLS rocket standing at 7.5m tall and built from more than 450,000 bricks! Taking more than 500 hours to create.
Brickman Awesome has been exclusively curated by Ryan McNaught and his expert team .
Alyssa's Little Opinion (aged 8yeard old) :
I loved looking at the Lego as it was really creative.
My favourite Lego piece was the Koala , it was on a branch and looked like a real Koala. I also liked the Opera House it has lots to check out inside it i spent a long time checking it out!
I also liked being able to build my own Lego masterpiece.
I hope it returns next summer school holidays.
My favourite Lego piece was the Opera House, i liked how it had secret parts and it was really big.
I liked how each piece came with a blurb and told you how long it took to build and how many pieces of Lego were used to build it.
I liked how you could build your own lego and got us kids to interact and play with the lego. I really enjoyed making my lego piece and placing it on the Lego snake for everyone to see it.
Our highlights were, The Opera House, The Rocket ship lighting up , the cute Koala and the massive plane.
Plus we really enjoyed the interactive part of the exhibition were you could build our own LEGO pieces at different stations and also the opportunity to put our own master piece on the Lego snake wall.
This exhibition would be good for LEGO enthusiasts who enjoy building their own LEGO designs and learning about how many hours and what was involved in making the design.
It took us around an hour to check out but you could easily spend more time there depending on how many creations you would like to build.
