Thanks to ‘The Brickman” you can now explore it at the new Sydney ICC in Darling Harbour in a world of epic LEGO® masterpieces.
The exhibition has come from Brisbane and opened in Sydney on the 20th December. It will run until Sunday 5th February in Sydney, then the exhibition will continue around Australia stopping in Melbourne & Perth.
There is more than 50 awe-inspiring and never-seen-before models on display. Some of the models that will be showcased include a giant LEGO® Arc de Triomphe, LEGO® Empire State Building with King Kong, LEGO® Big Ben, a LEGO® Leaning Tower of Pisa and even a LEGO® version of Michelangelo’s Statue of David!
This world-class exhibition is a fully interactive and an imaginative experience. It has taken a jaw-dropping 4,944 hours to build!
I enjoyed building the Lego and creating my own masterpieces. My favourite was the pyramids, I liked it the most as I would like to visit the real pyramids in Egypt and I also got to build my own pyrmaid and it stayed on display!
I would really like to go back again!
The best part was designing my very own Lego creation and leaving it on the board for everyone to see.
My favourite display was the Titanic it had so much detail and I liked reading the story about what happened to the ship.
We spent just under 2 hours at the Lego exhibition. Not only did we check out the different statues from different countries but we also designed our own creations and could become part of the exhibition.
I loved how you could get up close with the displays and try to design your own. It was fun, interactive and great for all ages.
At $25 ticket, this is pretty reasonable considering the time and effort taken to build the creations.
All the family will enjoy this adventure around the world without the ticket price.
