Alyssa's Little Opinion (aged 6 years) - It was really fun walking to the waterfall. I like how we got to explore lots of things there. The waterfall was really pretty and I liked looking out at the Lookout. I would love to go back there again when its warmer.
Ellie's Little Opinion (aged 10 years) : The walk wasn't difficult to get to the waterfall. I really enjoyed walking thru the rainforest it was really cool. Once we got to the waterfall we could put our feet in, but it was a bit cold. It was lots of fun and I liked looking at the waterfall.
Mum's Big Opinion: We started our rainforest walk at the upper entry point of Quorn Close. There was plenty of parking available at the entry point.
We needed to walk past the picnic area and follow the walking trail over a bridge and after 20 minutes we came across Buderim Falls. The walk was easy for the kids and we were wearing inappropriate shoes (thongs) there was no complaining as the scenery was beautiful along the path.
Once at the falls we had a chance to sit down take it all in and of course take 101 photos of the waterfall. They do however recommend no swimming at the waterfall as the water passes through urban development so you never know what you will find. The day we visited there were a few people in the water.
This was a really fun morning out and great exercise to burn off the holiday breakfast!
